Working in Mumbai, he gained expertise in mutual funds and life insurance, managing corporate clients and honing his strategic thinking skills. Despite his innovative ideas often being overlooked by superiors, this experience fueled his desire to forge his own entrepreneurial path.

His entry into the real estate industry was marked by an initial rejection due to a lack of experience. Undeterred, Prasad embraced the challenge, successfully closing his first deal, which ignited his passion for real estate. This pivotal moment led him to leave his secure job and fully immerse himself in the real estate brokerage business. Prasad founded his company on core principles of integrity, ethics, and transparency, which have been instrumental in earning the trust and respect of clients and peers.

Starting with a modest rental business, Prasad has grown his enterprise into a thriving real estate company. His professional team handles rentals and sales of both residential and commercial properties.
